Today, we’re excited to introduce you to our amazing owner, Bobbi!

Just over 6½ years ago, Bobbi started 123Clean as a single mom, determined to build something that would provide for herself and her son, Ben. She started out cleaning homes all on her own, and through years of hard work, dedication, and determination, she has grown 123Clean into the wonderful company it is today!

Bobbi has an incredible eye for detail and truly loves the satisfaction that comes from transforming a space and helping people feel more comfortable in their homes. Even more than cleaning, she has a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people's lives.

When she’s not working, Bobbi loves spending time with her son and her beloved fur babies. One of her biggest passions is fostering dogs and helping them find their forever homes. She also enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and pretty much anything that keeps her active!

Her hard work, determination, and heart have helped 123Clean continue to grow and flourish, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her leading the way. We’re so thankful for everything she does for our team, our clients, and our community!

Stainless steel appliances can make a kitchen look beautiful and polished—but keeping them that way takes a little more than just wiping them down!

One common mistake is thinking cleaning and polishing stainless steel are the same thing. They're actually two different steps.

CLEANING = Removing Dirt & Grime

Cleaning is about removing what's actually on the surface—things like:

• Fingerprints
• Grease
• Food splatters
• Dust
• Water spots
• Everyday buildup

Start by using a cleaner that's appropriate for stainless steel and a clean microfiber cloth. Always follow the product's directions and, when applicable, wipe in the direction of the stainless steel's grain.

POLISHING = The Finishing Touch

Polishing is what gives stainless steel that clean, finished appearance.

Here's how to tackle it:

1️⃣ Remove loose debris
Start by wiping or vacuuming out any loose hair, dust, and dirt.

2️⃣ Scrub the corners
Use a small cleaning brush or old toothbrush to get into the grooves and corners where buildup tends to hide.

3️⃣ Apply your appropriate cleaner
Apply a cleaner suitable for the material you're working on and allow it to sit according to the product's directions.

4️⃣ Scrub away the buildup

Window tracks are one of those areas that are easy to overlook, but they can collect dust, dirt, dead bugs, pollen, and all kinds of debris over time. A quick cleanup can make a surprisingly big difference!

How to Clean Your Window Tracks:

1️⃣ Open the window
Open it fully so you can easily access the track and corners.

2️⃣ Vacuum first
Use your vacuum's hose or a small attachment to remove loose dirt, dust, and debris. This keeps you from turning dry dirt into muddy grime.

3️⃣ Loosen stuck-on dirt
Use an old toothbrush, small cleaning brush, or detailing brush to loosen debris from the corners and grooves.

4️⃣ Wipe it down
Use a damp microfiber cloth with your preferred appropriate cleaner to wipe away the remaining dirt and buildup.

5️⃣ Don't forget the corners!

Want your home to feel cleaner and make cleaning go faster? Start with decluttering!

Before you grab the cleaning supplies, take a few minutes to put things back where they belong. Clear off countertops, pick up items from the floors, put away toys, straighten up the bathroom, and return those random items to their proper homes.

Why does it help? When surfaces are clear, you can actually clean the surface instead of cleaning around the clutter. It also helps you spot dust, crumbs, fingerprints, and buildup that may otherwise get missed.

Did you know? Regularly cleaning your coffee maker helps keep your coffee tasting fresh and your machine running smoothly.

Here's an easy way to descale your coffee maker using white vinegar:

1️⃣ Fill the water reservoir with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water.
2️⃣ Run a brewing cycle until about halfway through, then pause the machine for 30–60 minutes to allow the solution to break down mineral buildup.
3️⃣ Finish the brewing cycle.
4️⃣ Discard the vinegar solution and rinse the carafe.
5️⃣ Run 2–3 cycles of clean water through the machine until the vinegar smell is gone.
