I’m excited to share that our May schedule is officially full! I’m incredibly grateful for each of my past, present, and future clients—your support means everything as this business continues to grow.

As we head into a busy summer season, I’m looking forward to helping your homes feel fresh, clean, and welcoming. If you’re a regular client—especially for summer services—and haven’t yet secured your spot, please reach out soon. Lead Cleaning Crew Member & General Manager
Employment Type: 5 days a week, occasional Sundays In the summer. Hours vary anywhere between 8am-5pm. Employees get one scheduled day off a week in addition to Saturdays starting Mid May.

Location: Iowa Great Lakes/Okoboji Area

About the Role:
I am looking for an experienced and reliable General Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high-quality standards, and support a team of cleaners. This role would also allow the person to work directly with me in maintaing and operating the husiness. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is comfortable leading by example.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support cleaning crew members during shifts
Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.)

Ensure all spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards
Train new team members on cleaning procedures and equipment

Monitor supply levels and report ordering needs

Maintain cleaning schedules and assign daily tasks

Communicate with management regarding issues, progress, or client concerns

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning/janitorial work (lead or supervisory experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

Valid driver's license

Strong work ethic

Lead Cleaning Crew Member: a step down from the GM who could help lead one of the cleaning crews. This Is More flexible and part-time!

A little heartfelt message from me to you 🤍

I can hardly believe that I’m entering my third year of owning and operating Okoboji Clutter Co. What started as a small dream has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined. This business has truly been a blessing for my children and I as we have navigated some of the toughest seasons of the past few years.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of my past, present, and future clients for your trust and support. Allowing me and my team into your homes to leave them clean, refreshed, and sparkling is something I never take for granted. When I started this business three years ago, I never imagined it would grow to serve over 70 recurring clients—and for that, I am incredibly grateful. God has been so good.

As our business continues to grow, I ask for your grace and patience as we expand. I am currently working on hiring the right General Manager to help support the day-to-day operations and ensure we continue providing the high level of service our clients deserve.

I’m also incredibly thankful for the amazing team of women who help care for your beautiful homes. They work hard year-round—yes, even beyond the busy summer season—to make sure every space we clean receives the attention it deserves.

With that said, we are excited to announce that we are opening our schedule to take on a few additional residential clients, and we have expanded to offer commercial cleaning services as well.
