As we head into a busy summer season, I’m looking forward to helping your homes feel fresh, clean, and welcoming. Lead Cleaning Crew Member & General Manager
Employment Type: 5 days a week, occasional Sundays In the summer. Hours vary anywhere between 8am-5pm. Employees get one scheduled day off a week in addition to Saturdays starting Mid May.

Location: Iowa Great Lakes/Okoboji Area

About the Role:
I am looking for an experienced and reliable General Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high-quality standards, and support a team of cleaners. This role would also allow the person to work directly with me in maintaing and operating the husiness. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is comfortable leading by example.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support cleaning crew members during shifts
Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.)

Ensure all spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards
Train new team members on cleaning procedures and equipment

Monitor supply levels and report ordering needs

Maintain cleaning schedules and assign daily tasks

Communicate with management regarding issues, progress, or client concerns

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning/janitorial work (lead or supervisory experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

Valid driver's license

Strong work ethic

Lead Cleaning Crew Member: a step down from the GM who could help lead one of the cleaning crews. This Is More flexible and part-time!
