Hotel Marcel is the country's first energy and Passive House certified hotel - an all-electric hotel that generates 100% of its own power, heat, and hot water through on-site renewable solar power sources. The hotel was built in 1970 by Bauhaus designer and architect Marcel Breuer and is now part of Hilton Hotels & Resorts' Tapestry Collection.
