We are seeking reliable part-time cleaners for flexible daytime contracts with established clients. These contracts will span an initial period of 6 months. The compensation package includes a minimum of $30 per hour and $90 per client. This opportunity is particularly well-suited for individuals seeking supplemental income with a part-time schedule, such as mothers, students, or anyone looking to work just a couple of days a week. Upon successful completion of the contract, cleaners will have the opportunity to negotiate their schedules and compensation directly with clients. To qualify, applicants must possess reliable transportation, insurance, and be able to pass a thorough background check.

General Cleaning Services

* Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, countertops, shelves, and fixtures
* Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
* Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers
* Cleaning kitchens or break areas, including countertops, sinks, exterior of appliances, and tables
* Emptying trash and recycling bins and replacing liners
* Cleaning glass surfaces such as windows, mirrors, and doors
* Spot-cleaning walls, baseboards, and high-touch areas
* Maintaining a professional appearance and respectful presence in client spaces
