The restaurant industry across the region employs a massive portion of the local workforce. Every one of those kitchens generates linen, and most of them are handling it in the least efficient way possible.
Kitchen linen is a genuinely different wash from basic towels. Grease needs proper degreasing, not a hot cycle and hope. Aprons, chef coats, and side towels that go through a home machine in the back come out grey, then get replaced far sooner than they should.
We handle aprons, chef coats, side towels, bar mops, napkins, and table linen on a standing schedule. Color-safe processes for anything that meets dye, real degreasing for anything that meets a fryer.
The part owners underestimate is the labor. Somebody on payroll is babysitting a machine instead of working the floor or the line, and that person costs more per hour than the service does.
If linen is currently eating a shift, that is a conversation worth having with us.
Clean. Convenient. Courteous.
