Unfortunately, we are now under a state of emergency here in Virginia. For us in the restoration field that means we are gearing up as well. When temperatures drop this low and the potential for wide spread power outages occur is when we see water pipes start to freeze. We encourage everyone to try and have a secondary heat source to heat their homes in case of power loss.

In the event you do experience a water loss try to get your water cut off and contact us ASAP. All restoration companies will be working around the clock so please be patient. Prayers to everyone in this storms path that everyone stays safe and warm.

Water supply line to a toilet caused this water damage on Thanksgiving day. Homeowner didn't think it needed to be dried out but they were encouraged to call us just to double check. We did find moisture that had traveled throughout and was able to get that taken care of for them. If you have a leak, even if it seems small or you've got the standing water up, to still give us a call. Water can travel in areas you are unaware of and cause bigger issues down the road!

Fridge leaks are a common cause for water damages! This one caused damage to the kitchen, living room and garage drywall.
Our guys were able to help walk her through the claims process and answered all her questions. Another satisfied Elite customer 😊

This homeowner was in the process of clearing out and selling her home when a pipe caused this water damage. We performed emergency services to start the drying process. More demo may be needed pending insurance approval.

Toilet bowl cracked in master bedroom and caused damages to master bathroom, master bedroom and crawlspace. Elite restoration came out immediately to assess the damages and worked with the homeowner's insurance company to get approvals and stop any further damage from spreading.
