Hi Everyone!
Exciting things have been happening the past few weeks! I have decided to grow my business and become an LLC! So along with changing my Entity and Re-branding my Services, My new Business NAME is NOW Simply Clean & Fresh LLC!

It's been exactly 1 year since I started Carolann's cleaning services. And I have learned a ton in this past year!
I want to thank everyone who has supported me, from the referrals, positive feedback and lots of advice. With everyone's help I have been able to continually grow and expand on my services!

So here is what I have been working on with my re-branding of services.
I am no longer a solo cleaner, I have one person who currently works for me now, and plan to have a few more in the next few upcoming months, as I expand on my on my Services.

I am still Cleaning residential houses, but plan to Target & market my cleaning services to more commercial properties, specializing in Deep cleaning for Move out & move in cleanings, for apartments, rental properties and real estate cleanings for residential houses. Along with cleanings for more commercial buildings and business.

I am still offering weekly, bi weekly and monthly cleanings. As before but,
I hope to expand services on all areas. So instead of limiting my Services to a small group of clients, there will always be room for new clients.

The biggest change would be for NEW Clients. Instead of charging a flat hourly rate of 15-20$ per hour. Pricing will now be changed to by the job pricing or by the square footage.
I hope everyone understands that with growing my business, lots of things have been taken into consideration, including price.
I am planning theses changes to be a better business, and better serve all of my clients! Also I plan to upload all these new changes to my new FB page.

I hope you all follow me into my new found cleaning Journey!!! Again thank you for all of your continued support I could not do it without all of you! ❤💛💙💚💜

The photos don't say enough about this house that i cleaned over the weekend it was nasty. Every thing need to be cleaned with Stainless steel scouring pads. It was gross. After Cleaning it up though, at least you could feel okay with being in the house.
