If you’ve ever wondered what our team group chat looks like in the morning… just know Crystal’s messages are basically motivational speech + stand-up comedy + operational briefing + Bible study all before 8 AM. 😂🙏🏼

Meanwhile, when I’m filling in, it’s basically:

But in all seriousness, I want to recognize this girl for a minute. ❤️

You wouldn’t know from her attitude lately that life has been throwing her curveball after curveball. She’s been dealing with health issues of her own, worrying about one of her babies not feeling well, car troubles, house problems… seriously, you name it.

And somehow, she still shows up.

Still laughing.
Still encouraging somebody else.
Still checking on the team.
Still finding something positive to say.
Still keeping everybody moving.

Maybe with a little side-eye here and there… because she IS still Crystal. 😂👀

That kind of energy matters.

We talk a lot about work ethic around here, but being a great teammate is about more than how well you clean a house. It’s about how you make the people around you feel — especially when you’re fighting battles of your own.

So officially adding Director of Morning Morale to Crystal’s job description. 😂💪🏼✨

We’re growing again, and we’re looking for the next amazing addition to our team!

We’re looking for someone who is:
🧼 Responsible & reliable
🧼 Detail-oriented
🧼 Has a strong work ethic
🧼 Able to work independently or as part of a team
🧼 Has reliable transportation
🧼 A true team player

✨✨This is a physically demanding job, so the right candidate should be able to lift up to 50lbs, and be on your feet for long periods of time!

Experience is a plus—but it’s not required!

We’re happy to train the right person. We can teach you how to clean a kitchen, but we can’t teach grit, a great attitude, integrity, or a strong work ethic.

Lately, our phone has been BUSY — calls, texts, estimate requests, new clients… and one of the most amazing parts is hearing over and over again:

The amount of new business coming our way simply because our existing clients, friends, and community continue to recommend us means more than I can put into words.
