Update, Message from the Owner Traven

Mr. Mike’s Cleaning Service was founded in 1991 by my father, Mike Francis, who believed that showing up every day, working with integrity, and building relationships would speak louder than any advertisement. For over 30 years, he not only provided top-tier service but also brought warmth and humor into every space he touched. The Middlebury Police Department, whom he served for more than two decades, remembered him for his quick wit, strength, and unwavering perseverance. Above all, they highlighted his devotion to family. Today, as his son Traven Francis, I carry that same dedication forward. Having grown up alongside him, I’m proud to lead Mr. Mike’s Cleaning Service with the same integrity, care, and professionalism. We continue to serve Vermont businesses by doing things the right way—just as my father taught me.

We will have finger foods and a cash bar. The stage will be open to tell stories and share a laugh.

With heavy hearts today at 1:04pm Mike (Dad) past away peacefully at home surrounded by family. We want to say thank you to everyone who's reached out so far and all the prayers that have gone up for us.
We're thankful to be there during his last moments.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that Mike’s health has taken a turn for the worse. He is currently home receiving hospice care.

We as his family are doing our best to support him and Tina during this time. We are unsure of how much time he has left and are trying to maintain the current work schedule.

However, when the time comes, we will need to adjust the schedule and will require all of your support to manage the transition.

Mr. Mike's Cleaning Service is looking for a couple part-time to full-time people to join our team of cleaners. The positions are nightly shifts Mon-Fri between 4 pm – 11 pm and Sat between 10 am – 8 pm. We offer competitive wages starting at $22.00 with a sign-on bonus of $1,000 after the completion of a 90-day probation period.
We promote from within, so if you’re interested in working with us please review the responsibilities and requirements to see if this job would fit you well.
We train you and get you comfortable with each account you will be responsible for. Also, we will provide you with all the equipment/ supplies that would be needed to complete your accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
• Cleaning of common areas, including but not limited to hallways, common areas, public bathrooms
• Cleaning duties to include, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming,
mopping, etc.
• Communicating with team
• Follow all health and safety regulations provided
