Mike's Cleaning Service is a commercial cleaning service in Middlebury, Vermont, offering service to local businesses, offices, gyms, and retail stores in the Addison, Chittenden, and Rutland County areas. With more than two decades of experience in the business, we go above and beyond with our industrial cleaning services. Our cleaning company started in 1991 with one account in an effort to make

a difference. Then in 2013, we grew to an organization with eight employees, and established a new office. Our company has a fleet of vehicles on the road seven days a week. We use green chemicals to help protect the environment because they are less harsh and have fewer fumes. All of our employees arrive to the job site professionally dressed in uniform. Although times have changed, everything still comes down to customer satisfaction. Our customers keep coming back to us because of our quality. You can be sure that our cleaning will always offer the same reliable value with every job.

A Personal Note From Our Family ☀️

For those who know me, you know that this business has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

My father, Mike Francis, built Mr. Mike's Cleaning Service in 1991 through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to always doing right by our customers. Growing up, I spent countless hours working alongside him, learning not only how to clean, but how to treat people with honesty, respect, and gratitude.
Since his passing, continuing this business has meant more to me than I can put into words. It has been my way of honoring the legacy he left behind.

One of the many lessons my father taught me was the value of hard work. One lesson I'm still learning is the importance of stepping away occasionally to spend time with the people you love and create memories that will last a lifetime.
With that in mind, my wife and I will be taking a short vacation and Mr. Mike's Cleaning Service will be closed from June 22nd through June 26th.
We will return on June 29th, refreshed and ready to continue serving the customers and community that have supported our family for more than 35 years.

To each and every customer who has trusted us over the years—thank you. Your support means more than you know, and we never take it for granted.
We hope everyone has a safe, happy, and relaxing week, and we encourage you to take a little time to enjoy the people who matter most.

Mr. Mike’s Cleaning Service was founded in 1991 by my father, Mike Francis, who believed that showing up every day, working with integrity, and building relationships would speak louder than any advertisement. For over 30 years, he not only provided top-tier service but also brought warmth and humor into every space he touched. The Middlebury Police Department, whom he served for more than two decades, remembered him for his quick wit, strength, and unwavering perseverance. Above all, they highlighted his devotion to family. Today, as his son Traven Francis, I carry that same dedication forward. Having grown up alongside him, I’m proud to lead Mr. Mike’s Cleaning Service with the same integrity, care, and professionalism. We continue to serve Vermont businesses by doing things the right way—just as my father taught me.
