I work with contractors/property management on foreclosed homes. I also do work for Cyprexx and Field Asset Services, as well as other big contractors in Northeast Florida. I also clean residential homes--at a fair rate. I do not enforce contracts for my residential properties. You are charged ONLY for what you need (i.e. 2 bathrooms and a closet clean out...I would only charge for those rooms). I do not believe in paying for services that are not required--and neither should anyone else.

This business is a locally owned and operated business. I decided to start this company based on the demand for commercial cleaners. Once I found out how residential cleaning businesses were charging their customers, I decided to branch out into residential. I have customers that only need their kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, and home vacuumed weekly--and that's what they pay for...nothing more. People work too hard for their money to spend it on things that aren't required or necessary.
