How We Price Junk Removal & Clean Outs 🛻
Every junk removal job is different, so pricing is based on a few important factors:
• Volume — How much space your items take up in the truck or trailer
• Weight — Heavy materials like wood, drywall, concrete, dirt, or shingles cost more to dispose of
• Labor — Stairs, basements, attics, tight hallways, and long carry distances increase labor time
• Time on Site — Larger clean outs take more crew hours and equipment
• Disposal Fees — Transfer station and recycling costs vary depending on materials
• Special Items — Mattresses, TVs, refrigerators, paint, tires, and certain items may have additional fees
For full property clean outs, we also consider:
