“Why does a post construction cleaning take so long, it’s just dust?”
I get this line all the time from potential clients that call for a post construction cleaning quote.
I also get “I only want so many hours, that should be enough.”

It doesn’t work like that, there is so much detail that goes into a post construction cleaning. In these pics are two examples. Tile installers, even the best ones, make these mistakes. It is our job to give your project its last touches. These last touches bring your project to life and you will never regret having a good/professional post construction cleaning done.

PRO TIP: if you have contracted a company to do your construction project, make sure they include a professional post construction cleaning. If you are overseeing your own project, add a post construction cleaning to your budget.
