Are you good with metal and not setting things on fire by accident? Perfect. We’re hiring.

🫵YOU:
⚡️ Know the difference between MIG, TIG, and a bad idea

⚡️Have actual experience (Sorry, YouTube doesn’t count.)

⚡️Can use a grinder and a measuring tape without starting a small fire

🙌US:
- Offer a 4-day work week (3-day weekend = more time for grill'n, fish'n and fix'n stuff that doesn’t need fixing)
- Have benefits, like health insurance AND oxygen (we’re generous like that)
- Don’t micromanage — unless you start welding furniture to the floor, then we will need to chat

Starting pay 58K-62K dependent on knowledge and experience.
