Let’s discuss my prices.
I honestly don’t understand how, in 2026, so many people still expect 2000 prices.
Every single day, multiple people message me asking for quotes. Some days it’s 3 people, some days it’s 7 or more. The interesting part isn’t how many people contact me—it’s how many disappear the second they hear the price.
Here’s what many people don’t see:
You’re not paying for someone to spray soap on a vehicle.
You’re paying for 8 years of experience, professional training, certifications, thousands of dollars in equipment, a fully equipped detailing van, insurance, chemicals, fuel, maintenance, and countless hours spent perfecting a craft.
I work long days in the Florida heat. I reinvest into my business. I continue my education. I spend thousands of dollars every year improving my skills and equipment.
What surprises me the most is how many people have no problem spending hundreds of dollars on dinners, drinks, shopping, or subscriptions—but somehow think a professional detail should cost $50.
That’s not realistic.
And here’s my question:
Do you know another local detailer creating content like this every day?
Do you know another local detailer with professional certifications?
Do you know another local detailer with a fully equipped detailing van?
Do you know another local detailer who invests this much into their business?
I don’t think so .
But quality work has value.
I’m no longer apologizing for charging what my time, experience, and service are worth.
You don’t have to be my customer, and that’s okay. But professional detailing and cheap detailing are two completely different things.
Know your worth. I finally learned mine.
