🚨 The 2 Biggest Hot Tub Complaints Nobody Talks About Before Buying

After years in the hot tub industry, I've noticed that most buyers focus on the wrong things.

They compare:

✅ Number of jets

✅ Waterfalls

✅ Speakers

✅ Lights

But the two biggest complaints I hear from hot tub owners are usually:

1️⃣ Water Chemistry

2️⃣ Leaks

Let's start with water chemistry.

Many first-time buyers have never balanced water before.

Suddenly they're trying to learn about:

• pH

• Alkalinity

• Chlorine levels

• Shock treatments

• Test strips

• Water changes

For some people, this becomes frustrating enough that they stop using their hot tub regularly.

The good news is that some manufacturers have developed technologies that make water care easier.

Examples include:

✔ Salt water systems

✔ Ozonators

✔ Mineral systems

✔ Chlorine cartridge systems

While no hot tub is truly maintenance-free, some brands make ownership significantly easier than others.

Now let's talk about leaks.
