It's been a long, long time since some of us entered a high school. I heard a bell and immediately thought I was late to class so I guess you never forget! We had a great time this morning speaking with the students of Miami Springs Senior High School. At Douglas Orr Plumbing, we feel its important to have trades conversations with young people entering the job market and educating them about the opportunities in the trades. Offering career path alternatives to those that may not aspire to attend college or enlist in the military. Special thanks to Principal Nelson Gonzalez for supporting Douglas Orr Plumbing with this endeavor and to the graduating students of the schools vocational education classes who listened and made us feel welcomed!
