So today I'm just sitting in gratitude for every client who's ever chosen this business - the repeat bookings, the referrals, the "we only use you guys" messages. You all built this with me, whether you know it or not.

Nothing says “we’re building an empire” like seven women fighting over who gets the good spray bottle in the middle of a chemical standoff in the woods. 10/10 recommend!

This is what team culture actually looks like behind the scenes — not the polished Instagram version, the real one. The one where somebody’s laughing so hard she can’t hold her pose, somebody’s duster is doubling as a bouquet, and everybody’s enjoying themselves, together.

Scrubbing toilets by day. Building an empire by night. Somewhere in between — this. 🫶

A dozen women. Ten kids running around. All the chaos you’d expect — and one chiropractor who actually understands what this work does to us physically. The lifting, the bending, the back-to-back turnovers, the pace we run at to get it right for our clients.

I built this business on care. Not just care for the properties, care for the people. The team that shows up and goes hard every single day. The little extras that say “I see you, I appreciate you, you matter here.”

Taking care of the women who take care of everything else — that will always fill my cup.
