We had a great time at a networking and training event with some very successful local leaders in the pool industry! We are so thankful for the time they took to talk with us about growing, scaling, hiring, and building a successful business. It’s always great to learn from people who have been through it and are willing to share their knowledge and experience.
One of the things we really appreciate about these events is that every time we go, we continue building relationships with the same people. They remember us, we remember them, and it’s awesome to have a community of people in the industry who are genuinely willing to help, answer questions, share ideas, and support each other. 🤝
