360 is owned by two sisters who grew up in Arizona. One of us now lives in Colorado. The other spends a lot of the year in the high country north of St. Johns.

What a 360 turnover handoff looks like, start to finish:

1. Scope confirmed in writing before anyone is scheduled.
2. The unit is cleaned to the same written checklist as every other unit in the portfolio.
3. Every item is signed off. The job is not done until the list is.
4. Completion photos go to the property manager.
5. Then the invoice.

No "it's done" text with nothing behind it. If your current vendor cannot show you step 4, that is the conversation to have before the next turnover.

An hourly quote means the job ends when the clock runs out. A checklist means the job ends when the work is done. That is the only way we can promise a property manager the same result in every unit, whether we are in the room or not.
