We needed an after hour service call and the two calls prior to finding Roper Plumbing on Google, led me to leaving a voicemail with no return call as of 10pm. Thankfully I found Roper and the polite lady (I apologize for not remembering your name) was very informative and helpful in getting the on call guy, Edwin, out to our house between 7:30-8:30pm. Edwin was polite, professional and informative in the process of elimination to find out what was wrong.
