💦 EDUCATION THURSDAY — SALTWATER POOLS, SALT CELLS & CHLORINATION!

Did you know that saltwater pools still use chlorine? The difference is how it’s produced! A salt chlorine generator uses a process called electrolysis to convert dissolved salt into chlorine, helping keep your pool clean and sanitized. Salt systems offer convenient, automatic chlorine production, but they are NOT chemical-free or maintenance-free. Regular water testing, proper chemical balance and salt cell inspections are still essential.
☀️ Here in Florida, intense sunshine, heavy rainfall and year-round pool use can significantly affect water chemistry and chlorine demand.
