**Exterior Cleaning Process:**
1. Rinse the exterior using a pressure washer.
2. Use a specialized spray to remove bugs and tar.
3. Apply soap foam to the vehicle's surface.
4. Wash the surface thoroughly with brushes and wash mitts.
5. Clean the gas cap with a brush and soap.
6. Rinse the entire vehicle and dry it with a microfiber towel.
7. Spray the wheels with a wheel cleaner to break down brake dust.
8. Brush and scrub the wheels, then rinse them off.
9. Apply tire shine to finish the tires.
10. Use a plastic dressing to restore faded exterior plastic.
11. Clean the windows with a window cleaner and a microfiber cloth.
**Interior Cleaning Process:**
1. Use an air compressor to thoroughly dust the interior.
2. Spray the floor liners with carpet cleaner and agitate them using a drill brush.
3. Remove tough stains from the floor liners with carpet shampoo and extraction.
4. Treat floor rugs with carpet cleaner, shampoo, and stain remover to eliminate stubborn stains, then extract any residue.
5. Agitate rubber mats with an all-purpose cleaner (APC) and power wash them; apply dressing for protection.
6. Spray cloth seats with carpet cleaner and stain remover, then agitate.
7. Extract the cleaning solution and dirt from the cloth seats.
8. Brush and scrub all plastic surfaces in the interior (including the center console, doors, dashboard, etc.) with an all-purpose cleaner (APC) and steam.
9. Dry the plastic surfaces and apply dressing for added shine.
10. Scrub leather seats to remove grime, then treat them with a leather conditioner.
11. Thoroughly clean door jambs with a cleaner and a microfiber towel.
12. Clean the windows using a glass cleaner spray.
13. Hang a complimentary air freshener from the rearview mirror.
