That’s true with Mosquito Shield’s approach to our products. With 20 years’ experience developing our blend of all-natural oils, we use these oils and select EPA-registered control products for 3-pronged mosquito control:
1. Mask: Mosquitoes are attracted to breathing. Our proprietary mosquito product masks the CO2 you exhale so they can’t find you.
2. Repel: Our blend of natural oils irritates mo

squitoes’ senses, driving them away. Regular visits and applications prevent mosquitoes and ticks from entering your yard.
3. Kill: We kill mosquitoes using select control products. The products we use, how much we use and when we apply them is an important job we don’t take lightly. With our Tailored Treatment System™ we use as little as necessary based on weather and mosquito population to control your property’s mosquitoes.

To everyone who chose Tick Shield in May — thank you.

In May, Mosquito Shield donated a portion of every Tick Shield service sold to support the Aspirus Tick-Borne Illness Center – Jenn’s Fund through the Howard Young Foundation.

Tick-borne illness impacts many families in our community, which is why supporting awareness, prevention, education, care, and research feels especially meaningful to us.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support this important work — and thankful to the customers who helped make it possible.

This May, Mosquito Shield of North Milwaukee is inviting our community to share their backyard moments to support tick education & awareness.

Whether it’s a family campfire, backyard baseball, patio nights, pets enjoying the yard, or simply time spent outdoors — we want to see your backyard moments.

Proceeds benefit the Howard Young Foundation, designated to the “Aspirus Tick Borne Illness Center – Jenn’s Fund”, supporting care, education and research for tick-borne illnesses.

Campaign hosted locally by Mosquito Shield of North Milwaukee only. In May 2026, Mosquito Shield of North Milwaukee will donate $1 for each qualifying public photo post shared on Facebook or Instagram during the campaign period and tagged with Shield of North Milwaukee. Photos must be shared publicly to be counted. This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
