Rules and Guidelines for Spring Cleaning Services:

1. **Scope of Service:** Our spring cleaning services include thorough cleaning of kitchens and maximum 2.5 bathrooms per appointment.

2. **Exclusions:** We do not clean interior cabinets as part of our standard service. However, this can be added as an additional service upon request.

3. **Oven Cleaning:** Cleaning the oven is not included in the standard service package. This can also be added as an additional service for an extra fee of $10+.

4. **Additional Services:** Additional services beyond the standard scope can be requested and will be priced accordingly.

5. **Appointment Duration:** Each appointment is scheduled for a specific duration. If additional time is required due to the condition of the space or additional services requested, an additional fee may apply.

6. **Deposit:** A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

7. **Cancellation Policy:** We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. **Payment:** We accept cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless a deposit has been paid.

9. **Customer Satisfaction:** Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or are not completely satisfied with the service, please let us know, and we will make it right.
