WHO WANTS TO LIVE LIKE A MILLIONNAIRE?!?!

1. Make your bed daily! ** massive, MASSIVE postive results with this
2. FACE YOUR BED AWAY FROM YOUR DOOR ** strongest sleep occurs when your bed is facing TOWARD the exit
3. Clean sheets, kitchen towels, body/hand towels **once a week
4. Clean kitchen/bathroom rugs ** every 2 weeks
5. Get plants in your home! ** reduce stress, clear negative energy & keep your home’s air purified - Snake Plants or Monstera are fantastic!
6. MOVE YOUR FURNITURE! ** studies show this EASY task ignites new neurons within your brain to function at higher levels ** Even just reworking the items on your kitchen counter WILL HAVE POSITIVE EFFECTS
7. Clean throw pillows / throw blankets ** once a month (They hold old energy, they hold our old skin/dust/food/farts, truly they NEED washed)
8. Whenever you buy a new piece of clothing, get rid of something “Buy a new thing, remove a thing” “Buy a new thing, REMOVE a thing” one more time with me… “Buy. A. New. Thing. Remove. An. Old. Thing.”
You’re an adult, you don’t need that Blink 182 t-shirt from 8th grade “All the Small Things…” need to go bye bye 👋
9. Don’t wear shoes in your home ** leave slippers at the front door
10. OPEN YOUR WINDOWS FOR FRESH AIR ** energy gets ‘stuck’; sickness, coughing, laughing, farts, cooking; all of it NEEDS RELEASE ** every day for at least 15 minutes
11. Give your home SUNLIGHT ** the sun clears negative energy
12. ********REDUCE the amount of stuffies your children have.***** When kids cry, yell, have depression/anxiety they transfer that energy into their stuffie. **those fabrics HOLD energy & KEEP IT CONTAINED**
** WASH THE STUFFIES THEY WANT TO KEEP **
** Encourage your kids to say goodbye to a 1/3 of their stuffies, let them know the stuffie or toy grew up and they’re ready to leave the home and go to college. The stuffie wants to travel and see the world, just like they will one day.
** THIS ALLOWS THE CHILD TO LEARN ABOUT LETTING GO EARLY ON & it encourages them to NOT HOLD ON to toys/stuffies forever
** Let them choose 3-7 to keep, I know it’s hard for them, but again, this prepares their subconscious for when THEY leave home and also shows them HOW to let something go in a healthy way
13. HUGE ONE!!!! ****CLEAN ANIMAL DRINKING BOWLS ** every SINGLE day with a gentle soap, trust me, your vet bill will thank you!
14. USE PURIFIED WATER FOR ANIMALS ** NO NO NO sink water, your vet bill will thank you ** sink water / dirty drinking bowls are linked to cancers, dentals issues, kidney stones, on and on **
15. Keep MINIMAL items on your bathroom counter ** A good rule of thumb is 5 things / everything else under the sink
16. If you buy a new kitchen gadget, THROW ONE OUT ** there is no need for 15 crock pots, 25 spatulas, 75 coffee mugs or 35 cutting boards
17. Look up ** dust your fans 😉
18. I know this one is hard, but having 50 items on our kitchen counters adds stress when cooking & elevates ADHD / ADD struggles & impairs high level brain functions ** 15 items or less!
19. If you made it this far. CONGRATS! Just reading this list will begin opening your subconscious to new ways of living & approaching your home design
20. I know this one is hard, THIS IS THE #1 HARDEST THING FOR CLIENTS:
—- but, throw out old mail, throw out old mail, throw out old mail, throw out old bills, throw out old bills, throw out old bills, throw out receipts, throw out old receipts, throw out old yearbooks, throw out old photos, throw out old cards, YOU DO NOT NEED THEM and your kids will never ever EVER want to see your old yearbooks, I know this is harsh - but, it’s over - you can let it go
- A good rule of thumb is keeping them 30 days, then GONE
- If the photos are super important or the yearbook is important, take pics with your phone and save DIGITALLY
- YOUR OLD BOOKS HOLD YOUR OLD ENERGY
- Those old ass vibrations will make a difference to your subconscious and how much it DOES NOT WANT TO LET GO
TO end this:
We have to let go of ‘stuff’ in order to make room for the NEW.
We HAVE to let go of ‘stuff’ in order to make room for the new.
We have to LET GO of ‘stuff’ in order to make room for the new.
It starts with YOU // It starts with clearing out your nightstand that has WAAAAY to much stuff on it // It starts with donating your crockpots and that 4th air fryer sitting on top of the cabinets
That old spatula Grandma gave you?? Yes you loved her, but the thing is, that is holding decades of bacteria, diseased meat, arguments (YES, wood especially holds memories!), chemicals, negative energy
** Grab it, tell Granny one last bye, and throw it out
WE MUST LET GO OF THE OLD IF WE WANT THE NEW
Otherwise, we will stay stuck - in old memories, old fights, old sadness, yes, there is JOY in our items but that JOY came from YOU — NOT the ‘item’
You aren’t that cheerleader in highshcool anymore, you can say THANK YOU and GOODBYE to her, that old uniform can be tossed out, those yearbooks can be thrown away, TRUST that you don’t need them and your life is amazing WITHOUT the reminder of who you once were
You aren’t that person that needs EVERY single holiday card from the past 15 years — keep 3 of your favorite if you must or digitize them
**It may feel like a death; removing items from your home
Because it IS a death - a death of the old self, the old energy, the old ways of living, it is HARD and it can HURT, but there is no other way to release your old self……
you MUST begin in your external world
*** Start small - start small - move your bed - get rid of 10 pieces of clothing - move your kitchen gadgets - throw out 10 old coffee mugs
