We’re moving to a subscription model for all our maintenance services.
But why?
For six years we ran maintenance on handshakes. A client would commit to coming back quarterly, we would price the original work accordingly, and both sides held up their end. It worked. We built a business on it.
It stopped scaling.
A verbal arrangement has no record. Six months later two people remember the same conversation differently, and neither of them is lying — memory just doesn't work the way we need it to when money is involved.
The bigger problem is planning. When we discount work up front because maintenance is coming, that discount is already spent. If the maintenance never happens, a single bay studio can only absorb that so many times before it shows up somewhere.. in pricing, in what we can invest in, in what we can pay our team.
So we built something better for everyone.

You know what you are paying, what you are getting, and when. We know what is on the calendar. Nobody is working from memory.
**IF YOU ARE ALREADY ON A MAINTENANCE PLAN**
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual - everything is moving to the subscription model.
A lot of you on monthly are paying less than $165, some for years. Nothing changes today. Your arrangement stands exactly as it is until we sit down in person.
We are handling this one client at a time as we see each of you over the next couple of months. We are not changing terms on anyone through a Facebook post.
**WHAT EACH VISIT INCLUDES**
Chemical decontamination and a two-bucket hand wash with pH-neutral product. No automatic anything, no brushes.
Wheels, tires, and door jambs. Interior air blowout and vacuum. Wipe-down of dash, console, and door panels. Glass inside and out.
And a sacrificial ceramic topper on every painted panel - **EVERY SINGLE VISIT.** Not quarterly, not twice a year. Your paint carries fresh protection year-round instead of cycling through decline and recovery. Even if your vehicle doesn’t currently have a ceramic coating, this is perfect for you. If your vehicles has a ceramic coating, this is almost guarantees your coating holds up its advertised longevity and or even longer.
**AND YES - $165 GETS YOU A FULL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DETAIL (which is a couple hundred dollars saved right there - upfront) **
This is the part people assume is too good to be true.
Your first visit is a full interior and exterior detail. Decon wash, interior done properly, ceramic topper, glass, the whole vehicle. **Starting at $165.** In any condition, however long it has been.
That is not a stripped down version of what we do. It is the real thing, at a price that exists because you are committing to twelve months.
If the vehicle needs more to reach maintenance standard, we quote it at drop-off before we start. You will never be surprised by a number.
