Hi Medical Lake,

If you’ve spoken with me recently then you might’ve heard that I purchased the equipment to do monthly wash packages through the in bay automatic! Everything has been installed and this is a bit of a soft opening for the program while we still wait on signage and our theme update for the kiosk. However, unlimited monthly wash plans are now available!!

Good morning, Medical Lake!

In case you haven’t heard through the grapevine, today starting at 3 PM the Medical Lake High School Wrestling Team will be washing cars on site to fundraise for the upcoming season. As with last year, they’ll be hand washing and drying cars. So, if your vehicle could use a bath come out and support these young men as they gear up for the next season. I hope to see you all there.

Hi Medical Lake, if you haven’t already noticed there’s a random box placed next to the entrance of the in bay automatic car wash. That’s our new pay station! Unfortunately, that means that the in bay automatic will be closed Wednesday the 12th and Thursday the 13th in order to install the new station, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. However, starting this weekend you’ll notice there’s one other small surprise update coming as well with the new pay station. Hope you enjoy!

Hi Everyone, I apologize for the pay station temporarily not accepting credit cards earlier today. After investigation, there were two tokens wedge into the card reader. They have been cleared now and the everything is back to running as normal.

Hi Medical Lake, tomorrow is the big day! The new touchless in-bay automatic is on its way to the site and so today will be the last day to use the sites old machine. Tomorrow I will close that portion of the car wash down to begin removing the old equipment to prepare for the new machine to be installed. Tentatively the new machine should be installed in 3 weeks. In the meantime, the self-service bays will remain open. More updates are coming so stay tuned and Happy New Year!

Hi Medical Lake, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but the in bay automatic will be closed overnight tonight until 9 a.m. tomorrow for maintenance on the exit door. The machine will be back in operation by then. Thank you!

Hi Medical Lake!

Thank you for such a great turnout for the high school wrestling team yesterday. They had a great time and it was really something special to work with them. As an additional thank you to my customers I am putting on a customer appreciation day to celebrate such a great summer from 11 a.m. till 3 p.m. this Saturday, October 1st. The in bay auto will be free, the self serve bays will be free, and the vacuums will be free. Additionally, we will have free burgers and hot dogs prepared by Jonathan Suffield. Thank you again to all of you for making this possible. This has been a truly great summer and I’m excited for many more to come.

UPDATE: Everything is up and running as usual. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience with trying to use the in bay auto this morning. I was made aware of the issue when a customer called to let me know it wasn’t working. The morning has been spent diagnosing the problem, but I have the part now and the machine will be up and running as normal this afternoon. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and again, thank you for your business. Thank you to all of my customers for making me aware of these things so they can be fixed as soon as possible.

Hello everyone, happy Friday!

I wanted to let everyone know that if you have an oversized vehicle or work equipment of any kind our bays are 11 feet tall and usually fit these. If for some reason that is not tall enough, I have equipment on site to accommodate your needs. Thank you to Matt Aleria with Dirt Worx for letting me snag these photos to use an as example. I apologize for any inconvenience with trying to use the automatic wash this morning. I had to replace a motor late last night which meant turning off electricity and unfortunately not all of the electricity got turned back on. It is all back up and running now! I’m sorry for an inconvenience this caused. Thank you for your business!
