At Driven Detail, we continue to provide our clients with auto detailing services based on the guidance of the IDA (International Detailing Association). We have made the following accommodations and adjustments to ensure the safety of our clients as well as ourselves:
1) At no time is face to face human interaction necessary for us to provide detailing services. Appointments will be handled via email, text, Facebook Messenger, or phone. At the time of service, the car may be remotely unlocked for us or the keyfob may be left in a designated location. Also, as keyfobs are notorious hotspots for germs, we will sanitize them. Payment via check may be left in the vehicle and credit/debit card payments will be taken over the phone. Receipts and invoices will be emailed. For our safety, we will wear nitrile gloves and if available, face masks/respirators. We will not use N95 masks as they are in high demand by medical professionals.

๐๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ. This includes door handles/pulls, seatbelt handles/latches, steering wheel, control stalks, radio/hvac buttons, shift lever and cup holders.
3) Ozone generator treatments: While the CDC and the EPA have not yet provided guidance on ozone efficacy in destroying COVID-19, ozone has been proven to destroy the SARS Coronavirus. COVID-19โs protein, lipid and RNA structures are similar to SARS and the consensus is that it is destroyed in the same manner. Ozone fragments the outer lipid layer of viruses via oxidation.
