Is your lighting lacking?
This is an excellent resource for anyone looking to update or upgrade their existing lighting.
Our favorite piece of advice is to avoid bulbs with a color temperature of 4000k or higher – as they tend to be brighter, have more blue hues which can lead to an energizing effect.
Instead, we much prefer to cozy up to something that is closer to 2700k, a relaxing and warm light. 😌
