This 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home turned out beautiful!
I don't have many pictures of before, but the after is absolutely beautiful. This house was destroyed and when I say destroyed, it was destroyed. I just wished I got more before pictures.

We took down walls, moved entry door ways, added support beams in center of the house. Had to rebuild the kitchen/dining room floor from ground up! New wiring, new plumbing, new hot water heaters, all new installation , cabinets, lighting, floors, doors .... Just to mention a few...

When you purchase a house to turn around to resale . You just don't go in and do a cover-up. Chris and his crew has worked very hard on this house. But one thing I do have to say with Chris and his crew. They don't COVER UP the BAD so you cannot see it. They go in and fix it the right way. Although...  it may take them longer and a little more money, but it's done the right way. And ...... Chris would not have it any other way .. 

We sold this house before we got it finished!

I will say.... The inspector came from Lebanon to inspect the home. The inspector sent word to us ... the work that was done on this flip house, was some of the best work he has ever seen here in Warren County to be a flip house. I thought that was a great compliment to D&D home improvements crew.  There quality of work shows!!

We are so blessed to have another great year! Our crew has definitely been busy! We are booked out until April or May . Maybe further..... Thank you to all the customers that have waited on us to get to your project . Which always hear ( it was worth the wait). They love there turnout. We love happy customers.! What has the D&D crew been up to.?

We have a great crew that are hard workers. They love to work, because they love what they do. They start early and work late. They love all the OT they can get.
We are blessed to have some good, hard working, dedicated employees.
They keep telling us that we are so nice and good to work for that it's scary! 😂 😂

We just finished a complete remodel.
Im sorry I didn't get any pictures. 😡. But it turned out beautiful. Nickey and Pattie is so pleased. Pattie kept this crew very well fed. She had something cooked everyday day for them! And the best part they got to work inside in air conditioning.
Now, we have 2 houses started. These guys had been working outside in this hot heat. D&D has the best crew!

Starting a new remodel job this week.

This client wanted an open floor plan. They didn’t know if they could take out 4 different walls.

When D&D home improvement put there expert to work.
Yes …. With a lot of preparation…. This house can have an open floor plan.

This 32 ft beam is just 1 of the beam that is being installed . With several more beams to be installed.
With a project like this, you must do the necessary prep work, must have a crew to handle this type of project. Can’t wait to see the finish project!
