Due to the recent hail storm we had in Whitewright, our roof needed to be replaced. Will Drury stopped by and answered all our questions. He very clearly explained the process and next steps. He was very punctual and in constant communication with us and we had no unexpected surprises. Everything happened just as he had explained. We were not home on the day the roof was replaced, but he kept us updated and sent us pictures at the end of the day when they were done. If I ever need a new roof in this area, I would not hesitate to call Will.

When the wrong color shingles were delivered, he immediately got on the phone, took care of the issue, and made sure the correct materials were brought out as quickly as possible.What impressed us most was his dedication to customer satisfaction.
