Service Technician
Court Pest Control – Locally & Independently Owned
Court Pest Control is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable Service Technician to join our team. We are a locally owned, customer-focused pest and wildlife management company serving residential and commercial clients.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
• $23/hour after licensing
• Sales commission on all leads generated or sales made
• Monthly production bonus
• Monthly attendance bonus
• Company take-home vehicle (strictly for business use)
• Up to 3.5% 401(k) contribution
• Paid holidays after 6 months
• Paid vacation and sick time after 1 year
• Ongoing training and licensing support

🐜 Job Responsibilities
• Apply pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers
• Perform wildlife management services
• Inspect properties and recommend appropriate solutions
• Safely operate equipment and application tools
• Maintain accurate service records
• Provide professional, customer-focused service

✅ Qualifications
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Clean driving record
• Clean criminal background
• Must pass a drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Pest control experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
