Some people see the finished results… the luxury cars, the shine, the videos.

What they don’t see are the nights I questioned if this was gonna work. The risks. The sacrifices. The days I had to bet on myself when nobody else would.

I didn’t start GQ Mobile Detailing because I loved cleaning cars.

I started it because I wanted freedom. Freedom to build something of my own. Freedom to create a better future for my son. Freedom to prove that your past doesn’t have to decide where you end up.

Every vehicle I touch is bigger than a detail. It’s another step toward the life I’m building.

I didn’t start detailing because I loved cars. I started because I needed a way out.

No degree. No perfect résumé. No blueprint. Just a decision that my past wasn’t going to decide my future.

What started as survival became purpose. What started as a way to make money became a way to create freedom, provide for my family, and build something I could call my own.

Sometimes your purpose doesn’t start as a passion. Sometimes it starts because you refuse to stay where you are.

GQ was never just about detailing cars. It was about becoming someone my circumstances said I couldn’t be.

Most people think I started a detailing business because I love cars.

Truth is, I started because I wanted freedom.

I didn’t have a college degree. I didn’t have the perfect background. I had a record, responsibilities, and a vision for a life that looked different from where I was headed.

Somehow, detailing became the vehicle. 🚐💨

What started almost by accident became GQ Mobile Detailing.

It taught me how to serve people. How to communicate. How to build relationships. How to keep going when business was slow. How to bet on myself when there wasn’t a guarantee it would work.

So when you see the cars, the clients, the transformations and the growth, understand there’s a bigger story behind all of it.

I’m still building. Still learning. Still working.

But every appointment gets me a little closer to the freedom I started chasing in the first place. 💯

🚙✨ Yesterday was a good one for GQ Mobile Detailing!

We had the opportunity to take care of two vehicles for one client, a Ford Bronco and a Ford Explorer.

The Bronco needed a little extra love, especially those seats. 👀 We completed a full interior detail with a deep seat cleaning, followed by an exterior detail. The pictures tell the story. Those seats came a LONG way! 🧼🔥

The Explorer received our Basic Interior and Exterior Package, giving it a complete refresh inside and out.

But here’s the best part…

Our client decided they don’t want to wait until the vehicles get dirty again. Both vehicles are now officially enrolled in our GQ Maintenance Plan! 🙌🏾🚗

That means we’ll be coming back on a regular schedule to keep both vehicles clean, maintained, and looking their best.
