After years of working in the corporate world of marketing, I have decided to dramatically change my career and follow my true passion - cooking. Born in Argentina by Italian parents I grew up with that rich cultural and culinary heritage, passed on in my family from generation to generation. My passion soon became a profession, and shortly after I launched my own independent business offering ser
vices such as a Private Chef, Catering and Personalized Housekeeping Manager. I specialize in custom created menus, from fine dining, home-cooked meals and even elaborate holiday feasts. I can create healthy menus for all dietary requirements including Kosher, gluten-free, vegetarian or dairy free. As a Personalized Housekeeping service I take care of all the necessities that a moder family has. This includes organizing, planning, cleaning, shopping for house products (from bed linen to lamps and groceries), and all residential and household repairs. During house remodel or other construction repairs I can also provide my extensive experience as Contractor's Coordinator and Work Supervisor. I can offer the entire Catering & Household Manager service package or work only as a Freelance Chef for specific occasions. I also work as a House Coordinator and Personal assistant for clients that live in other states and out of the country. I'm very organized, excellent planner, dynamic, creative and also skilled at executing different tasks based on my past career experience in the International marketing. I'm an American citizen and speak & write fluently English, Spanish and Italian. Have reliable transportation, clean driving record, computer literate. I'm great with children and pets and I'm a proud mother of two sons and a happy grandmother of a beautiful 9-year old grandson. I love my family, my friends and I always have good attitude toward life and people - and my great sense of humor helps too!
