Hello Everyone!
I have been in business for 10 years cleaning homes specifically in Jackson and Jefferson county. I am now making the move to add Topeka. I am ready to start taking appointments for the 1st of September. But, 1st let me tell you some things and hopefully answer any questions you have.
*No Contracts - you can setup on a weekly, bi weekly, monthly or whenever you need it schedule. If you need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason, then it's that simple. Life happens and there's no penalty if the scheduled time needs to be cancelled.
*No Hourly Charge/No paying for a certain amount of hours - I charge by the amount of rooms you want done. No guessing on how many hours you need to purchase or having to guess what you'll be charged. You pick the rooms you want cleaned and that's what gets done.
What gets done in each room?
*Kitchen - Clean the outside of cupboards and appliances, inside of the microwave, clean all counters including moving whatever may be on your counter to clean under it and put it back, clean the sink and window above it and floors - vacuum, sweep and mop.
*Living Room - Dust everything, tidy up any pillows or blankets, wipe down any baseboards not covered by furniture and do the floors.
*Dining Room - Clean table and chairs, dust anything else that may be in that room, wipe down any baseboards not covered by furniture, do the floors
*Bathroom - Clean counters including moving items to clean under them and put them back, mirrors, bath tub/shower, shower doors, toilet and floors
*Bedroom - Dust, wipe down baseboards not covered by furniture, change bedding if you request it and leave out clean bedding and floors.
Most houses typically pick their 5 main rooms - kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 bathrooms. You can pick as many rooms as you want or switch those 5 rooms up whenever you want. There is a 5 room minimum at $120 and each additional room is $10. You may notice that I didn't mention dishes or laundry. Those 2 items are great if you are charging by the hour because those can really take up your time.
