Our phone and internet have been down since Monday! (Still down as of Friday noon time) Their voicemail service is not working either. We have spotty cell service here too so basically out of touch for the most part. You can try messenger to get in touch with us but please be patient, it only comes in if we go somewhere that has free wifi. (If you have the opportunity to choose your phone-internet provider I strongly suggest not going with Frontier Communications.) Sorry for the incovenience and thank you for your patience.
