This is the part I don't understand as a family business we struggle to succeed we try everyday to make everyone as happy as possible but there is always that one customer that you can't satisfy! We offer a 7-Day guarantee but instead of doing the guarantee you want to blow up on Facebook this is not fair to the business owner like myself we are doing the best we can to satisfy every customer from the $50,000 home to a $5 million dollar home we do this every day I am sorry and unfortunately hurt that we were not able to accommodate what the expectations were for this customer, she was quoted a price which was unfair but I accepted it to do it for the price that she was told even though it was a lot more than what she explained I am telling you as a business owner that I try everyday to accommodate and please everyone that we encounter just remember I just want the best for everyone and I will do the best I can do everyday thank you so much Kris from Swang's carpet cleaning
