📢 Calling All Existing Clients 📢

Just a few things to keep in mind as everyone is making holiday plans…

1. If you need to move your cleaning day, it must be within the same week as your current cleaning date! All customers rotate on a bi-weekly and monthly schedule therefore I simply cannot move someone from the previous or following week to honor a rescheduling request. The issue with moving weeks is that once I move someone from those weeks their clean would be every 3 or 5 weeks which would throw off the consistency of their clean. 

*The sooner a rescheduling request is made, the more likely I will be able to honor that request.

2. Add ons must be limited to 30 minutes maximum! It has taken years for me to nail down a schedule where I can fit 58 clients within a 4-5 day week for only 2 people. I work very diligently to make sure I have room for everyone and every house has a specific time frame that we must work within to ensure we get to everyone for their designated time. Unfortunately a request of an extra bathroom and bedroom (resulting in an extra hour) is not time that I currently have built into the schedule.

*If the areas have already been completed during the initial clean I may have time to add them on but areas that have never been cleaned and need an initial deep clean are simply not possible with the time allotted to each house.

It’s all about angles 📐

If you look head on at a distance, this shower wall looks pretty spotless. However, if you get up close to it and look down at an angle, you can see a blue tint that extends from the floor to about 3 feet up the wall.

If I would have just sprayed some cleaner and started scrubbing I may have missed this but looking at surfaces intently, close up, from an angle will tell you everything you need to know about how to treat it.

Does the client see it? Probably not
Does it bother them? Who knows

But THAT’s why a cleaning professional is so important! Someone who takes the time to see the out of place things, the discolored spots, the problem areas, and the stuck on stuff and knows exactly what to do and/or use.

Simply put, cleaning isn’t a hobby. It’s skill, it’s thought process, it’s analyzing, it’s problem solving, it’s decision making.

PSA 📣 Cleaning your house doesn’t require you to be a product expert.

With a cleaning chemical market upwards of $248 billion, knowing exactly which product is best for your home is nearly impossible to figure out.

What the issue is, what type of surface your treating, how long it’s been sitting, what result your looking for, etc. all play a factor in what product is best. There are no two houses that are exactly the same and often times knowing what to use where is confusing at best.

These are some very simple, widely known, and budget friendly options that will get you the same results as the other options you may see in stores.

Glass: vinegar and water
Stainless Steel: baby oil
Showers/ Tubs: Dawn and a magic eraser
