Today's job. Lots of moss and mildew. Used a mix of chlorine and water for a pre wash . Pressure washed edges and surface washed the rest. The moss came off easy but the mildew was stubborn. Gonna give it a few days with post wash and see it kills the mildew.

Hey all,
Just a quick update On the business start up.
All my gutter cleaning supplies are here and ready to go.
My power washer will be here this Thursday(4/2/15). I'll be using a Karcher Expert Series 3200 PSI 2.8 GPM gas powered pressure washer. A great commercial grade machine that will take care of your dirtiest problems.
I am license approved in both Lincoln and Roseville with Rocklin and other cities soon to fallow. Proof of license should be in my hand with in two weeks.
I have a lot of insurance companies throwing quotes at me. I have decided on one and hope to have that all wrapped up this week. You WILL be protected when I do work for you.
I hope to be up and running with all documents in hand by April 15 2015 so start making your appointments now because they will
fill up fast.
