Troubleshooting Tips: If your high alarm goes off, there are a few things you will want to do. First, silence the audible alarm, the red light should remain on. DO NOT TURN THE SYSTEM OFF! Next, ask yourself the following questions; Any chance there is a toilet running? Have you recently experienced a power outage or is there a tripped breaker? Did you have extra guests or use a significant amount of water all at once? Try to be conservative with water usage and call your maintenance provider. There are many types of alarms and panels, give us a call and we are happy to walk you through this!

Meet Our Staff Friday: Kyle Gray is our senior field manager and resident electrician. He has worked for Tri County for almost 15 years. Our customers always have amazing things to say about this guy. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable on all things septic, he is friendly and personable as well. We are extremely lucky to have the experience and excellence of this one of kind technician on staff at Tri County.
