Hey there a quick note that I again unfortunately have to add as a reminder to those who schedule...

This week alone I have had 2 last minute cancellations. One 15 hrs from when the booking was scheduled to take place. I try my best to understand things happening, but these type of situations put me in a position where I have held my calendar and am unable to book that day leaving me unpaid which frankly just isn't fair.
I am a VERY small business owner who has to fill a certain # or appointments just to cover costs. I would appreciate people considering this before booking. I will now be implementing a non-refundable 50% deposit on every booking. I am sorry this has to happen, but I can not continue to lose business because people find it acceptable to do things like this. I have had a rule of full payment if the booking isn't cancelled with at least 48 hrs notice for some time. It's a shame I have to point things like this out. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's.
If you do not think you are able to keep an appointment maybe you can try and schedule last minute to avoid having to cancel. While the day isn't guaranteed to be available it at least makes it so you aren't holding a day up that you may not end up using.

Just a quick update for summer 🏝️
We are now open for business under our regular operating hours. We currently service Madison County, Mars Hill, Weaverville, and Burnsville. We do have a minimum for service which varies depending on your distance from our location.
Accepting a select few NEW clients. This is our busy season so please be patient as I start back to this regular schedule.
Thank you for your continued support and for everyone who's been so patient through my health concerns.

Tonight 5:30-8pm QT Cleaning Co will have a table set-up at Middle School where we will be handing out candy and goodies to our local community. Come say hi, we would love to see you!

People from NC are strong! I'm proud to live and serve a community that is this resilient. Thank you to everyone who has shown support during this time. I've been doing my part and will continue to. While volunteering is great and I appreciate being able to serve I have reached a point where I have to go to work. People have lost so much more than me and I've wanted to support that as much as possible. ❤️

Unfortunately most of my properties were downtown and are no longer up and running. I have to support my family still so I did want to reach out and post some availability. Feel free to reach out with ANY cleaning needs you have. It's not selfish to do so. My schedule is pretty open. It's absolutely welcome and I am grateful for any work sent my way.

My heart is with Madison County. This is my community and my home. I look forward to us rebuilding and making our community even better. 🙏🏼

QT Cleaning Co will be downtown Marshall in the old banker's building with a table set-up Oct 31 starting @ 5pm. We will have goodie bags, candy, a quick game, and some pretty awesome exclusive offer's for the adult's hanging around. We love supporting our local community and hope to see you there.

A Move-Out Cleaning done for a house that is being transferred from one employee to another. The dust and dog hair was unbelievable at this property. It had gone year's without an adequate cleaning if one at all. We are happy to announce it came out great and the new tenant is extremely pleased.
