Marquette Beach House-Marquette, Michigan Rental

We are renting out one to three private bedrooms in our cozy lakefront home on Lakewood Lane, for the Spring 2024 semester. The main living areas which are shared include a kitchen, living room, bathroom and basement laundry room (see photos). We keep the mother-in-law suite, including a bathroom, for our use when we are at the home. (Sorry, no pets.)

The property itself is in a semi-rural residential neighborhood, two acres on Lake Superior, partially wooded and with 125 feet of sandy beach frontage. Utilities split between the tenants include: electricity (Mqt Board of Light & Power), natural gas (Semco Energy), snowplowing (we have someone who plows for us), and internet (Spectrum). The home has a well and septic, so those are included. Individual tenants will be responsible for their own trash pickup, by purchasing the special bags for sale in Chocolay Township.

Currently the three bedrooms are all available, so whoever responds first will have their choice of which room they prefer. Two bedrooms are in the partially finished basement (and very toasty warm in winter), and one is a bedroom and sitting room (each with a closet) that comprise the half story upstairs.
