# # # 📋 OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES & LIMITATIONS
• **NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.**
• To receive a valid entry, participants must complete **ALL FOUR** entry requirements:
• **SERVICE AREA:** The nominated homeowner must reside **within a 10-mile radius of Downtown Marion, Illinois.** Properties located outside this 10-mile service area are not eligible. Address 350 Tower Square Plaza, Marion, IL 62959 for reference
• The person making the nomination does **not** have to be the homeowner being nominated.
• One nomination per person. Duplicate comments or multiple nominations from the same participant will not increase the odds of winning.
• The nominated homeowner must agree to receive the house wash and coordinate a mutually convenient date with Apex Improvements.
• The FREE house wash is limited to a **standard residential house wash** and does not include roofs, driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, gutters, detached structures, or other additional services unless specifically stated by Apex Improvements.
The FREE house wash is limited to a standard residential house wash for homes up to 3,000 square feet. Homes larger than 3,000 square feet may be eligible, but any additional square footage will be quoted separately.
• The property must be reasonably accessible and suitable for the services included in the giveaway. Apex Improvements reserves the right to determine whether a property qualifies.
• The FREE house wash has **no cash value** and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other services.
• Additional services requested by the winner will be quoted separately and are not included in the giveaway.
• Apex Improvements reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or do not follow the stated entry requirements.
• The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and contacted through the Apex Improvements page.
• If the selected winner cannot be reached or does not respond within **48 hours**, another eligible winner may be selected.
• By participating, entrants acknowledge that this giveaway is **not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta.**
