🛑 PSA !!!
Do not use or allow the use of bleach as a cleaner or disinfectant in your home or facilities. Bleach is corrosive and will cause many metals to rust and chemical reactions will cause plastics to become brittle and discolored. This will not only shorten the life of your fixtures but it will also give harmful pathogens places to hide in the cracks or under the rust negating the cleaning process. The proper products will be non corrosive but will be able to effectively remove dirt and grime then should be followed up with a disinfectant. Save your bleach for your laundry.

The world of business is in a pandemic induced evolutionary process. Just as the catastrophic events of 9/11 changed our world so too has the Covid-19 pandemic. It is time to understand that the “old ways” of doing business do not apply and although for some they may think that it is business as usual you customers and employees have a differing outlook. As we have done a fine job of politicizing the events surrounding the pandemic we can not outrun the fallout from it. Your employees and customers do not feel appreciated or that their safety and physical/psychological well being has been considered. All this can be changed but it will take a mindset shift on behalf of decision makers in your organization. We must understand that our opinions and beliefs are important but your people are telling you ( some through dollars spent, others are literally very vocal ) are you listening? We would like to recognize Melanie's Hometown Pharmacy for being the first pharmacy in Western North Carolina to adopt UV air and surface purification technology to keep their guests and employees safe from potentially harmful bacteria and viruses.
