Today I’m starting something new — a daily walk through Scripture called Walking the Journey.

If you’d like to follow along, you’re welcome here:

This week is a big step forward for me.

I want to say thank you to everyone who came to the library to check out the Redemption Works Business Support Program. Your time, your interest, and your support truly mean a lot.

I also want to congratulate those who will be starting the Pilot Program next week—this is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see where this journey leads.

What started as an idea is now becoming something real, one step at a time.

There is still room for a few more people to join. If you—or someone you know—is serious about rebuilding and moving forward, feel free to reach out. You can reach me at:717-360-9904. You can call or text.

I’m grateful for every step of this journey…

From Broken to Blessed.

I used to think I needed a clear plan before I could move forward. I thought I needed to know exactly what I was doing . . .

Where I was going…
and how everything would work out. But that’s not what I’ve learned.

What I’ve learned is this—God doesn’t always give us the full picture.

He gives us the next step.
And those small steps, taken in faith, can lead to something bigger than we ever imagined.

This is part of what I’m learning on my journey . . .

"From Broken to Blessed."

For a while now, I’ve been sharing about my journey of rebuilding my life—but today, I want to share something bigger.

The heart behind everything I’m building is this:

"One Mission – Three Outreaches."

It’s not three separate ideas. It’s one purpose, lived out in three different ways.

This mission didn’t come from a business plan. It came from a place of rebuilding, learning, and trusting God—one step at a time.

Today, I shared what that really means, how it came to be, and how all three parts work together. If you’ve been following along, this will give you a clearer picture of where this journey is going.

I’d love for you to read it here:

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

Not everything is rebuilt all at once. . .

Sometimes it starts with something small . . . a single step in a new direction.

When I didn’t know what to do next, I turned to God for guidance. The answer wasn’t complicated or overwhelming—it was simple.

Take one step forward.

That’s how restoration begins. At "Upcycled Redemption", that’s exactly what we believe—nothing is wasted.
Not materials.
Not moments.
Not even the broken pieces.

With time, care, and purpose, what once seemed broken can be made into something meaningful again.

And it all starts with that first step.

“He lifted me out of the pit of despair . . . and set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along.”
Psalm 40:2

What others throw away… we see differently.

At "Upcycled Redemption", broken and discarded items are given new life—restored with purpose, meaning, and care.

But this is about more than candles, soap, or handcrafted pieces.

It’s about people. It’s about second chances. It’s about taking what feels broken and turning it into something beautiful again.

Every piece we create is a reminder that nothing is wasted—not materials, and not lives.

Upcycled Redemption is part of something greater:

"One Mission – Three Outreaches."

Because restoration isn’t just something we do… it’s something we live. Follow along as we build, create, and share this journey. Substack.com/thelmacover

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”** — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Forgiveness is not denial, weakness, or forgetting.

It is a decision to release the debt that resentment keeps demanding.

Matthew 18:21–22 challenges us to forgive without losing wisdom.

Update Post

Over the past several weeks, I made the intentional decision to pause the launch of our Indiegogo campaign — not because the vision changed, but because the foundation needed to be strengthened first.

Upcycled Redemption is being built to last. That means taking the time to organize systems, content, messaging, and legal/operational pieces so that when we do launch, we do it with clarity, integrity, and purpose.

This season has been about:

Reorganizing content and outreach

Aligning timelines across multiple programs

Making sure what we offer is sustainable, not rushed

The campaign is not canceled — it’s being prepared properly.

Thank you to everyone who has followed, supported, and believed in this mission. Updates will continue as we move forward step by step, with intention.

More soon.

At the heart of Upcycled Redemption is a simple belief:
that what has been discarded, overlooked, or considered useless can be transformed into something meaningful.

This journey began through prayer — asking God to show me a way to reach people who may not understand faith, hope, or restoration, but still long for peace in their lives.

What I was led to do may not seem logical to everyone, but faith rarely is.

We take empty whiskey bottles, carefully clean and cut them, and transform them into handcrafted vessels of light — candles created with intention, care, and purpose.

Each candle includes three drops of holy oil placed in the base, representing the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Every candle is prayed over individually before it leaves our hands.

These candles are not about perfection or performance — they are about obedience, restoration, and light.

I’m sharing this today because this is still a growing idea, and I truly value honest feedback.

👉 I would love to hear your thoughts:
• Does this concept resonate with you?
• What does “restoration” mean to you?
• Would something like this bring peace into your space or your home?

If this speaks to you, please consider liking, sharing, or commenting so others can join the conversation.

Thank you for being part of the beginning of Upcycled Redemption.
