I want to make other cleaning companies aware of an odd encounter  I just had. A few days ago I had someone reach out to me and inquire about a home on Avondale. They sent pictures of the home &  then after me giving them a quote offered to pay the first three days upfront. I was then asked for my full name - address- & bank name.  Asking my bank name was a huge red flag .  I sent my friend who is a realtor the address to look up and tell me information of the home and she sent me the new owners name. I then asked the person’s name and they said Regina, which did not match up. I then recalled  the person telling me they could not meet up with me personally at the property because they were in the hospital recovering from prostate cancer. I really don’t know too many Regina‘s recovering from prostate cancer. Anyways fellow cleaning companies  be aware and watch your back ❤️
