We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team and help lead the daily operations of our janitorial staff in a busy medical facility.
This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in janitorial services who is ready to step into a leadership role and make an impact where cleanliness and safety truly matter.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train janitorial staff
Perform quality control inspections to ensure high standards
Manage inventory and cleaning supplies
Support team with hands-on cleaning tasks when needed
Oversee timekeeping and staff scheduling
Handle performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in regular training
🧠 What You Bring:
3+ years of janitorial experience (with at least 1 year in a supervisory role)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable with physical tasks (walking/standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs)
