House Wash

House washing process is mostly done using our safe soft wash process. We spray on a chemical solution to your siding, gutters, down spouts, soffits, doors, etc. The solution kills and washes off the algae, moss or other organic growth living on the exterior of your house. It will even keep your house cleaner longer than just using a high pressure washer.

Roof Wash

The hot humid Florida weather causes black streaks and black discoloration on your roof. The black streaks are usually an air born algae. Algae occurs naturally, and are transported through the air. Algae collects and grows on your roof, its natural pigment can cause the brown or black streaks on your roof. The most common type, Gloeocapsa Magma or blue green algae, protects itself from damaging ultraviolet rays by producing a dark pigmented sheath. The algae discoloration typically begins as small spots then quickly transforms into streaks on the roof plane. By the time the algae is visible, it likely has been present for several months or longer. This algae itself will not damage your roof, but if left un treated a more dangerous growth like lichen or moss will grow.

Roof Washing is a low pressure chemical wash a lot like house washing. A stronger chemical mix is generally used to clean the roof. This soft wash is the only approved cleaning method by major shingle manufactures. It is recommended to wash roofs every two to three years.
