With low temperatures tonight and into the morning we urge you to take precautions to prevent your pipes from freezing.

- leave cabinet doors open with known pipes that like to freeze
- turn that thermostat up
- If you have heat tape make sure it is operational ( do not leave unattended)
- While home, leave faucets at a slight trickle
- Never leave space heaters unattended

As always be safe and lets all hope for a nice 30 degree day. ☀️

Good Morning and welcome to the. As you can imagine this morning many woke up to no heat or frozen pipes. We ask for your patience as we start to navigate through these calls. If you have called the service someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Thank you

With the winter storm strolling in we urge everyone to make you are prepared. Here are some basic things to check.

Do you have enough fuel oil, propane?
Is your heat tape plugged in and working?
Have you changed the batteries in your thermostats?
Do you have the skirting on the home buttoned up?

With the freezing temperatures leaving your faucets on a slight trickle and cupboard doors open (to allow heat to pipes) MAY help and prevent your pipes from freezing.

We all know that we do not like to touch the thermostat once it is set but this is the weekend to not be frugal with your house temperature. The best thing to prevent your house from freezing is to keep your home nice and toasty. We get it, but this weekend is the weekend to hit the ⬆️ on that thermostat.

With such weather we are anticipating higher emergency calls. We ask for your patience and only call if it is a true emergency.

Please never leave space heaters unsupervised !

Lastly, if we are needed. We get that it will be hard to keep up with shoveling and or plowing however please speak to the service tech about your driveway conditions.

Stay safe, stay warm and here is to 80 degree days ahead.

Today 12/19/2025 we will be closing at 11:30 am. Today we would like to celebrate our wonderful staff and thank them for another great year. We will still have EMERGENCY services available. Normal business hours will be in operation Monday 12/22 at 8:00 am . We THANK YOU all for another busy, yet amazing year.

We will be Closed Thursday 12/25 and 12/26 to spend some extra time with our loved ones.

Upcoming Holiday Hours:

We will be closed Thursday 11/27 For Thanksgiving as well as 11/28 for a much needed day to spend with our loved ones. We are beyond THANKFUL for all of our wonderful costumers and appreciate all of you. It has been a VERY VERY busy start to the heating season and we truly appreciate all your patience as we navigate the cold weather and heating issues together.

Such an amazing community we live in. We had the honor of joining the Marathon Ag Fair Today. Kiddos of the marathon community learned about plumbing and had the opportunity to “pipe” and test their own creation.
