At By Design Cleaning and Care, we understand the juggle of motherhood, which is why we’re offering flexible, meaningful work for moms who want to contribute financially without sacrificing family time. Work from 9 AM to 3 PM, making $20 an hour to start, with the opportunity to grow into senior roles earning $25-$40 an hour. We believe in work that fits your life, not the other way around.

After a three-month probationary period, you’ll have the chance to increase your pay and take on leadership roles as a trainer, team lead, or senior cleaner. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented moms who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive, family-friendly team.
